• Providing ABA therapy services
• Treatment planning and progress monitoring
• Billing and payment processing
• Coordinating with your healthcare team (with consent)

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging BSP Solutions LLC ("BSP") for ABA therapy services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BSP provides premium Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy through a membership model including:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) direct therapy
• Behavior assessment and intervention planning
• Parent training and support
• Care coordination services

3. Eligibility

Services are available for children ages 2-12 with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental conditions. Membership is subject to availability and clinical appropriateness as determined by our Clinical Director.

4. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are discussed and agreed upon during consultation
• Payment due: 1st of each month in advance
• Accepted methods: ACH, wire transfer, credit card
• Late payment: 1.5% monthly fee after 5-day grace period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Online Payment Security

Credit card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. BSP never stores credit card numbers on our servers. All payment data is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

• 24-hour notice required for session cancellations
• Late cancellations may result in session forfeit
• BSP maintains flexibility for family emergencies
• Unused sessions do not roll over month-to-month

7. Professional Boundaries

Our therapists maintain strict professional boundaries. Personal relationships, gifts over $25, or outside childcare arrangements are prohibited. Social media connections with staff are not permitted.

8. Liability and Insurance

BSP maintains comprehensive general and professional liability insurance. While we strive for exceptional outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. ABA therapy effectiveness varies by individual.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. BSP reserves the right to terminate immediately for:

• Non-payment
• Threats or violence toward staff
• Failure to maintain safe therapy environment
• Repeated violation of terms

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Any legal action must be brought in Clark County, Nevada courts.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Essential Care includes:

• Dedicated BCBA Supervisor (minimum 4 hours/month oversight)
• Team of 2-3 qualified RBTs
• 10-15 therapy hours per week
• All initial assessments and treatment planning
• Parent training sessions (1x monthly)
• Business hours support (M-F 8am-6pm)
• Bi-weekly progress evaluations

Advanced Care includes:

• Senior BCBA Clinical Director (minimum 6 hours/month oversight)
• Team of 3-4 hand-selected RBTs
• 20-30 therapy hours per week
• Comprehensive assessments and advanced interventions
• Parent coaching sessions (2x monthly)
• Extended hours support (7am-8pm daily)
• Weekly progress evaluations
• School collaboration and IEP support

Concierge Care includes:

• Elite BCBA Clinical Director (minimum 8 hours/month direct oversight)
• Team of 4-5 elite RBT specialists
• 30-40 therapy hours per week
• All assessments, interventions, and cutting-edge protocols
• Unlimited parent support and coaching
• 24/7 concierge support access
• Daily progress monitoring and weekly strategy sessions
• Full care team coordination (school, medical, therapeutic)
• Priority scheduling and travel therapy options

Investment Levels:

Membership investment is discussed during your private consultation and reflects the level of clinical expertise, support intensity, and transformation outcomes included in each tier.

2. Premium Add-On Services

Additional services available to enhance your membership:

• Comprehensive Neurodevelopmental Assessments
• School and Medical Team Collaboration
• On-Call BCBA Advisory (24/7 access)
• Travel Therapy Team (domestic and international)
• Intensive Therapy Retreats
• Sibling Support Programs

Investment for additional services discussed based on scope and frequency of need.

3. Membership Activation

1. Complete application and consultation
2. Clinical team assignment within 48 hours
3. Initial assessment scheduled within 72 hours
4. Full services begin within 5 business days

4. Service Guarantees

• Same BCBA throughout membership (except for emergencies)
• Maximum 2:1 RBT rotation to maintain consistency
• 48-hour response to all inquiries
• Monthly progress reports
• Quarterly parent satisfaction reviews

5. Member Responsibilities

• Provide safe, appropriate therapy space
• Maintain regular session attendance (85% minimum)
• Participate in parent training sessions
• Communicate schedule changes promptly
• Ensure authorized adult supervision during sessions

6. Payment Processing

• First month payment due upon membership approval
• Automatic monthly billing on the 1st
• Credit cards charged via secure Stripe processing
• ACH/wire transfers processed within 3 business days
• Receipts provided for FSA/HSA reimbursement

7. Membership Pause/Hold

Members may pause services for:

• Extended travel (minimum 2 weeks notice)
• Medical emergencies
• Family emergencies

Maximum pause: 60 days per calendar year. Hold fee structure discussed during consultation.

8. Quality Assurance

BSP maintains highest clinical standards through:

• Monthly BCBA supervision of all RBTs
• Quarterly parent satisfaction surveys
• Annual third-party clinical audits
• Continuous staff training requirements

9. Confidentiality

All member information is strictly confidential. We do not share membership status, child information, or family details without explicit written consent.

10. Exclusive Benefits

• Priority access to new services
• Invitation to quarterly parent education events
• Complimentary developmental screening for siblings
• Direct access to Clinical Director

11. Renewal and Changes

Membership auto-renews monthly. Terms may be updated with 60 days notice. Current members grandfathered at existing rates for 12 months following any price increase.
